If you need permission to see one that is not showing, email Re-enroll attendees Enter new attendees Edit attendee information as needed, including grade level assignment (TIP: it’s easier to edit grade level assignment for attendees if you do it all at once) Enter participation (TIP: enter actual minutes—rounding is strongly discouraged) Remember to protect the confidentiality of attendee data, in accordance with FERPA compliance responsibilities.

TN-ELAP is a web application developed by the University of Tennessee College of Social Work Office of Research and Public Service (UT SWORPS) for the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) in support of their Extended Learning and Afterschool Programs.  This website provides support and information for grantees and centers who provide services under 21st Century Community Learning Center (21stCCLC) programs and Lottery for Education:  Afterschool Programs (LEAPs).
