PY24-25 Summer Showcase
The ExL Summer Showcase for Program Year 2024-2025 took place from June 11th - 13th in our West, Middle, and East Tennessee regions.
Thank you to all those who were able to attend the Summer Showcase for PY24-25! It was great seeing everyone and sharing information and ideas for the upcoming program year. For those of you who were unable to make it, we’re sad to have missed you!

Other Important Information
Winding Down the Program Year
As we are winding down the program year, it’s important to remember you should also be preparing for the upcoming program year. Before PY23-24 ends, make sure you are printing the necessary reports (see Summer Showcase) and that your Project Director has your ELAP information (no passwords) so they can complete the New & Returning User Account Request spreadsheet. Not only will it allow us to get your account activated after the Annual Refresh but it will also help us get the new Help Desk system in place.
SWORPS Summer Office Hours
Don’t forget SWORPS is offering drop in office hours this summer! If you have questions or topics you want to chat about, we are available Thursdays from 1 pm CT/2 pm ET to 2 pm CT/3 pm ET. Attention COHORT 2019
This is the last year of Cohort 2019, so please make sure to print/save a copy of ALL your PY23-24 GPRA reports for APR in the fall before the program year ends. Remember, that window closes June 30th!
New Active Parental Consent Text for PY24-25
As you prepare for the new program year, make sure to include the new text for active parental consent in your ELAP registration forms! It’s available for download here and in our online Resource Center. If you need the Word version of the document, please reach out to the Help Desk.

Updates are coming to ELAP's Resource Center!
If you have visited our online Resource Center, you may have noticed some changes. Currently, we are in the process of updating the content for PY24-25. With the exception of training sessions, you can expect updated content to be available on (or before) August 1st!
Just because PY23-24 content isn’t posted, doesn’t mean it’s not available! Just reach out to the Help Desk to request anything you need.

To stay current on all things ELAP, make sure to check User News regularly or subscribe to User News email alerts to be notified when we post something new!
Important Dates
Don’t forget the Annual Refresh begins on July 15th and lasts usually through early-August. We will make an announcement on our website and in User News when it reopens. We ask that you refrain from data entry for PY24-25 from July 1st until the Annual Refresh ends as the system is being wiped and the data would have to be reentered.

A new program year means new SWORPS Office Hours and you get to decide when those are! Please take some time to complete the SWORPS Office Hours Survey so we can get those scheduled. Our goal is to make sure you have a successful year with ELAP and those extra sessions are geared to do help you do just that!
