Report 144 – Teacher Survey Completion
In an effort to improve the teacher survey response rate, ELAP now has Report 144 – Teacher Survey Completion. This report lists every student in your center, the teacher email address entered in ELAP, and the status of the Teacher Survey for that student (Complete, No
Response, Not My Student). You can use this report to help identify teachers who have not yet completed the survey and encourage them to do so before May 31st.
Additionally, you can reach out to teachers who selected Not My Student, and determine if they made that selection in error, in which case you would email the helpdesk to reset the survey, or if a new teacher needs to be selected to complete the survey.
