Reports to Make Opening the New Program Year Easier
(June 30, 2025) Greetings ELAP Users! We wanted to remind you of some very important information as we prepare for the end of one program year and the beginning of another.
Before ELAP closes for the Annual Refresh on July 15th (and AFTER you’ve entered data for PY24-25), print/save the following Center Reports to ensure you have access to any records you may need during the Refresh, to confirm data accuracy when ELAP reopens, and to aid in student reenrollment.
- Report 108 Special Ed ESL Lunch – Attendees ESL, Lunch (FRPL) and Special Ed with attendance during the date range. Provides information needed for Attendee Reenrollment.
- Report 109 Current Roster – Current list of attendees with demographics and last participation date. Provides information needed for Attendee Reenrollment.
- Report 120 GPRA Population – GPRA Population Specifics – Sex, English Language Proficiency, and Race/Ethnicity distribution.
- Report 121 GPRA State Assessments – Participants in grade 4-8 participating in CCLC programming during the program year who demonstrate growth in reading/language or math on state assessments.
- Report 122 GPRA Grade Point Average – GPRA Grade Point Average – Determined by GPRA Guidance – Count of students in grades 7-8 and 10-12 who attended with a prior year unweighted GPA of less than 3.0 who demonstrated an improved GPA.
- Report 123 GPRA School Day Attendance – Number of students in grades 1-12 who had a school day attendance rate at or below 90% in the prior program year and improved attendance in the current program year.
- Report 124 GPRA Behavior – Number of students in grades 1-12 during the program year who experienced a decrease in in-school suspensions compared to the previous year.
- Report 125 GPRA Participation – Number of students in grades PreK-12 based on the number of hours they attended programming at the center.
- Report 126 GPRA Student List – GPRA Student List by Hour Bands and Participation
- Report 139 GPRA Activity – GPRA Activity Categories with number of participants and hours.
