Welcome back ELAP users! Glad to see the return of our grantees, but we could have all done without the excitement we’ve seen while opening this program year. Please don’t worry. SWORPS is working as fast and hard as we can to take care of certifications, activations, and technical situations.
Currently, some of you are dealing with reenrollment/enrollment issues. We are working on a resolution for that and will keep you posted as we know more. In the meantime, please make sure to compile a list of students who you were unable to reenroll and include their grant/center, full name, student ID #, and date of birth. Do not add those students as New.
At this point, everyone should have their grantee and sites certified. If that certification hasn’t been approved, there is most likely an issue. If that’s the case, you should have received an email letting you know what needs to be addressed. There is a wait on account activations as we are currently working on every account in the program. Please be patient. All staff will receive an email notification when accounts have been activated.
