Virtual Check-Ins w/TDOE & SWORPS

Save the Date: ELAP Office Hours
SWORPS will host virtual office hours on Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 9-10 a.m. CT | 10-11 a.m. ET.
Topics will include a review of DQC expectations and explanations, best practices for data collection, and how to use reports to identify missing data.

SWORPS Thanksgiving Holiday Hours
Please Note – SWORPS will be closed November 27th and 28th to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.
We will reopen on Monday, December 1st and will respond to emails in the order in which they’re received.
*We will be open for regular business hours Monday, November 24th – Wednesday, November 26th.
The Data Quality Check for all enrollment data is Nov. 30. Please ensure the following data is entered for all students enrolled in your programs in ELAP:
- State-issued student ID
- Free/reduced price lunch status
- Special education status
- English language learner status
- 2024-25 GPA (students currently in grades 7-12 only)
- 2024-25 State Assessment score (students currently in grades 4-8 only)
- 2024-25 school year absences
- 2024-25 school year ISS
- Initial/Fall Early Literacy screener name and composite (AKA normed percentile score) for students in grades K-2 only

The University of Tennessee and SWORPS will be closed for Winter Break from Monday, December 22nd through Friday, January 2nd. We will reopen on Monday, January 5th.
