Happy Holidays from SWORPS
As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to thank you for your hard work and dedication throughout the year. Your efforts make a meaningful difference in the lives of Tennessee’s students, and we are truly grateful for all that you do.
To give everyone an opportunity to recharge and enjoy time with loved ones, SWORPS will be closed for winter break starting Monday, December 22nd, through Friday, January 2nd. We will resume normal operations on Monday, January 5th.
During this time, our Help Desk will still be monitored twice daily. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. While response times may be slightly delayed due to the holiday schedule, we are committed to addressing your needs as promptly as possible.

Survey Season is Nearly Upon Us!
With the new year, comes the start of another exciting survey season! The next DQC is on January 31st and all teacher survey emails are due. Use the report options available to you under ELAP Teacher Survey Reports located on the ELAP landing page to check completions or errors for your grantee’s sites.
Even though SWORPS is closed, you can access resources 24/7 in our online Resource Center and locate answers to the most commonly asked questions on our FAQ page.
