- June 30th – GPA, Absences, & ISS Data due
- July 15th – June Participation Data due .
- July 15th – Annual Refresh begins. The database will be closed during this time.
- August 31st – State Assessment Data due .
Do not enter July or August Participation Data until AFTER the Annual Refresh is over!
Participation Data Entry Closing for PY25-26
When ELAP reopens after the Annual Refresh in August, it will no longer be possible to enter participation data for any day prior to June 1, 2026. You will only be able to enter participation that occurs in PY26-27; only participation that occurs after June 1, 2026, will be accepted by the system.
All PY25-26 participation data was due in ELAP by May 31, 2026. You will still be able to enter outcome data (State Assessment, GPA, Absences, ISS) for participants enrolled in PY25-26.
BOLO: New Terms in ELAP
Be on the lookout for some new terms in ELAP. We will no longer use the term GPRA, but will instead refer to Program Performance Outcomes, or PPOs. Reports 120/320, 121/321, 122/322, 123/323, 124/324, 125/325, 126/326, 139/339, 140/340, and all the reports in the APR section (as well as the section itself) will all be renamed to reflect this change. We will also rename the 163/363 reports. Instead of APR Events, they will be named Family Engagement Events.
New ELAP Activities for PY 26-27
The Academic Enrichment Activities are changing for PY26-27. The new activities will be Accelerated Learning, Mentoring Program, and Remedial Education or Tutoring Services. TDOE has decided that activities that formerly were logged as Homework Help should now be logged under Remedial Education or Tutoring Services. Additionally, Financial Literacy is a new activity that will be in its own category in ELAP.
