*Please enter information for students expected to reach the “Regular Attendee” attendance threshold, even if they have not yet reached 30 days.  For example, if a student has 20 days of attendance and you anticipate they will continue, please enter information for that student.

  • ELAP state issued student IDs are typically in the system by November
  • All students flagged in their school’s student management systems SIS are typically entered by November
  • ELAP enter all first Semester grades are typically entered by January
  • Enter teacher emails into ELAP are typically entered by January
  • ELAP parent surveys typically begin in February
  • ELAP teacher surveys typically begin in March
  • ELAP all grades and data entry are typically complete by mid-May
  • Performance Indicators/APR reports typically sent to programs in August
  • User accounts are reset for the fall during August.
  • Grantees and Sites are typically updated in early September.
