  • August 15, ELAP application will be unavailable for login so that we may update grantee and center records in preparation for Fall data entry.
  • Attendees are typically deactivated and “reset” for the fall on August 15th.
  • Users who have not logged into the system for 90 days will be deactivated on August 15th.
  • User accounts are reset for the fall during August.
  • Grantees and Sites are typically updated in early September.
  • ELAP state issued student IDs are typically in the system by November
  • All students flagged in their school’s student management systems SIS are typically entered by November
  • ELAP enter all first Semester grades are typically entered by January
  • Enter teacher emails into ELAP are typically entered by January
  • ELAP parent surveys typically begin in February
  • ELAP teacher surveys typically begin in March
  • ELAP all grades and data entry are typically complete by mid-May
