Extended Learning Family Survey
The Family Survey is open. If you have not received the email with the survey link and site code(s), please reach out to the Help Desk (sworpshelpdesk@utk.edu). You can also email the Help Desk for an updated count of completed surveys every Monday. The survey will remain open through May 31st.
The Family Survey is not limited to the families of students who attended for a minimum number of hours. Parents or guardians of all students who attended the program even only once should be invited to participate.
Extended Learning Teacher Survey
The Teacher Survey is open. All students who have at least 1 hour of participation should have a regular day teacher’s email address entered into the Tennessee- Extended Learning and Afterschool Programs (TN-ELAP) database. Teachers received an email from the SWORPS Help Desk, (elaphelp@utk.edu), with survey information the week of March 11th. They will receive a follow up email every two weeks until they have completed all surveys assigned to them.
You can email the Help Desk for an updated count of completed surveys every Monday. The Help Desk cannot tell you who has and has not completed the survey. The survey link will remain open until May 31.
Extended Learning Student Survey
The Student Survey will again be a sample of 50 centers. Selected programs were notified individually the week of March 11th. The Survey opened the week of March 25th and will remain open until May 31st.
ELAP/UT SWORPS
SWORPS Office Hours for March 27th have been canceled due to the upcoming holiday. Also, please note that our office will be closed on March 29th for the UTK Spring Holiday. We will return to the office the following Monday and will answer emails in the order in which they were received.
SWORPS Office Hours for April will be held on April 9th at 9C/10E and April 24th at 12C/1E. Please bring any questions you have for the team to answer.
The Next Data Quality Check is April 5th and will address the entry of SY2022-2023 School Day Absences and In-School Suspensions for all students.
