Greetings ELAP Users! Thanks for all the hard work you’re putting in getting your programs up and running, and thank you for your patience as we work through some of the bugs that inevitably come with tech updates. To clarify things and make sure we are all on the same page, I’ve created a How-To video to walk you through some of the new processes. Please keep in mind, we are working as fast as we can to get grantees/sites approved and user accounts activated. One thing that will help expedite the process is to make sure you’re including all requested information when completing the site certifications and the user account requests.
