New Data Entry System Launch & Training Updates
In exciting news – SWORPS has updated ELAP to include a new data entry system feature. Users can now edit absence and ISS data for students who were previous attendees but aren’t enrolled in the current program year. You can find the How to Guide: Editing Absence and ISS Data on our Resource Center page.
We also want to make sure ELAP users are aware that the SWORPS Training Schedule for the current program year is available as well. Please note, while the dates listed on the schedule won’t change, the topics for scheduled sessions may. We do our best to make sure we address all training needs as we become aware of them and sometimes that means changing scheduled training topics. In those instances, the new topic will be reflected on the live SWORPS Calendar page.
