SWORPS Announcements
Keep an eye on the User News as this is where we will announce the launch of the interface to enter State Assessment scores for your PY22-23 attendees. We will allow some time for data entry and then pull the data to create the FINAL versions of the Performance Indicators reports. We plan to have these reports to you by early January.
Please be aware, the User News subscription service was discontinued by our provider without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are working on securing a new provider but in the interim, please check TN-ELAP.org regularly for updates.
The Data Entry Quality Check for Early Literacy has been postponed. We do not have a new date but will announce via TN-ELAP.org, Office Hours, and the Help Desk when the new date is set.
The next SWORPS Office Hours will be 10E/9C on December 12. We will present the Teacher Survey Findings from the 22-23 Program year and discuss the PY23-24 administration.
UT, SWORPS, and the Help Desk will be closed for the winter holiday from December 22 through January 1. We will respond to your emails in the order received when we return on January 2.
Please remember to always include your full name, your username, your email address, and your grantee and site’s name in your emails to the Help Desk.
